My dear clients Now a days many people are suffering with diabetes.Diabetes occurs due to insulin deficiency.Insulin is a hormone produced by our body, it converts blood sugars into glucose.If insulin level decreases then diabetes occurs.Due to the diabetes will face many problems like BP,Nervous problems.We need take care of diabetes.
1)Diet for Diabetes Patients :-
First discuss with the doctor about their diet and medicine.If food contains sugar,it increases sugar in their blood level. Don’t give sugary substances,foods which contain saturated fats,salts and carbohydrates to diabetes patients.Include foods which are rich in fiber.
2)Check Blood Sugars Frequently :-
check the glucose levels before and after the meals regularly.Give insulin injections at prescribed timings.If they are using tablets use them as suggested by doctor.If you don’t follow timings your sugar levels may increase which drags you into worst conditions.
3)Exercises :-
There are specific yoga and exercises for diabetes patients.Daily make a habit of doing exercises.This will help you to main sugar levels in your blood.
4)Other Treatments :-
Homeo therapy and Insulin therapy are treatments for diabetes.Try these treatments.
