1 c fresh blueberries
Handful of ice OR 1 cup frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp flaxseed oil (MUFA)
COMBINE milk, yogurt, and fresh blueberries plus ice (or frozen blueberries) in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and stir in flaxseed oil.
