They practice number of things to look glamorous and beautiful. In today’s world, along with men, women are working in every field of life. Their lives are busy and fast. They have to look after children as well as their work. Sometimes due to their busy schedule, they hardly get proper sleep or proper nutrition. They even don’t drink plenty of water which is body’s basic requirement.
Lack of sleep, too much salt in your food or less water intake, all result to form bags under your eyes. The bags which are formed under the eyes make you look older than your age.
It therefore becomes necessary to get rid of them. Under eye bags or dark circles are a natural process that occurs due to aging, sometimes allergies or tiredness may cause them to appear.
Most important step to reduce under-eye bags is excess water intake. These bags are formed due to result of excess salt in our food which we took last night or it may be due to crying.
One of the natural methods to get rid of eye bags is simply by placing cucumber slices on your eyes for some time, if you don’t have cucumber then simply put wet tea bags in the fridge, when they are chill, place them on your eyes which give you soothing affect.
From tears, salt is collected under the eyes which form dark circles. Drinking excess water will flush out the salt from your body. Also avoid drinks like coffee which dehydrate your system.
However, if you are going to a party or any gathering, the quickest way to hide your eye-bags is by simply applying concealor under your eyes. Right make-up can visibly reduce your dark circles giving you a fresh look. It is important that you choose a concealor which exactly matches your skin.
If you’re under eye bags are result of any allergy or any medical condition, treat it with medicines. Sometimes our sleeping position also cause eye bags to occur, especially those who are sleeping on the stomach side down. Keep on changing your position or sleep straight.
Another point to be notice is that our facial skin is very sensitive, wash it gently, never sleep with make-up, moisturize your face daily and use sunscreen whenever you go out.
It is a common saying that we look what we eat; eating healthy is the utmost habit for us. Reduce the amount of salt in your diet and eat more fruits to look young.
The eye-bags which are result of aging are not easy to get rid of, sometimes “Hyaluronic Filler” can reduce its appearance. This method is expensive.
However, almost 25% people all over the world have eye-bags or dark circles under their eyes, which may be due to lack of Vitamin D.
