.Burpees

The Burpees exercise can be done in exactly five steps, and these steps are as follows:
a. Squat,
b. Kick back feet,c. Push up,
d. Return to squat.
e. Stand up and end the burpees exercise with a jump.
This exercise is very similar to up-downs with a jump added into the motion, this is a full body exercise that targets your central part and also increases your stamina. Just like i said above, after you must have done this a few times, you should be able to the increase the speed of your motions. For optimal results, try to do them as fast as you can. Ideally, you should be doing 100 of the Burpees exercise per day. The results will be inevitable in only a week.

.Tuck Jumps

This is another exercise that goes a long way in helping you keep fit and have a lovely shaped body. The truth about this exercise is that it’s similar to jumping, but comes with a twist that is both fun and works wonders.
You may think that jumping in place is not as efficient as running, but the tuck jumps is known and proven to burn a lot of calories and improve your stamina. And that is not even the best, you can do the Tuck jumps without much required space. When doing tuck jumps, you should extend your arms in front of you and pull your knees up as you jump, then try your possible best to touch your knees with your hands. As with burpees, try to do as many tuck jumps in one session as possible.

. Jump Rope

This is one of the best exercise i always do, even though it might look and feel like fun, because you’re literally jumping over a rope with your set pace. The Jumping rope isn’t just any kind of exercise, but also a great cardio exercise. It burns calories effectively while increasing your stamina. One of the biggest advantages of the Jump rope exercise is that you can use jumping rope to add variations to mix up your routine, such as: quickening or slowing your pace, tuck jumping, or doing “double unders.”

. High Knee Sprints

Exercising is great, and the High Knee Sprints is no exemption. Jogging or running allows you to change your speed as well as your range of motion to increase efficiency. The High knee sprints is done in such a way, that you can easily increase your speed or start slowly and increase it.

The high knee sprints is just like the normal motion people make when running in place, but you carry on moving forward. This workout is extremely efficient in burning a lot of calories, and not only in burning calories, but also increasing your heart rate much more than running or jogging.
In this exercise, you have the power and ability to control your pace, you can easily choose to either keep the same running pace or increase your speed when doing the high knee sprints. You can also try to incorporate high knee sprints intermittently into your jog, taking needed breaks to slow your pace before continuing with your jog.

.Long Jumps

Unlike the Tuck Jump exercise, long jumps requires a big space for full effect. The long jumps exercise needs a wide open space in order to be performed effectively. The single key to successfully perform this exercise, is to jump as far as you can, so the wider the space, the more effective your workout is.
Here’s how you can easily do this exercise.
Keeping your feet firmly on the ground so you can jump with your full strength. When your foot is firmly on the ground, jump as far forward as you can. It’s recommended to do sets of 10-20 jumps for at least three times to build lower body and core strength. This will also improve your balance and coordination, because you’ll have to maintain your balance before jumping.

The Mountain climbers exercise is one of the most beneficial workouts that has amazing effects on your entire body. This is mainly, due to the fact that you have to activate your whole body in order to do the exercise effectively. Some of the benefits of the Mountain climbers exercises includes;
a. increased circulation,
b. stronger arm, core, and leg muscles.
To perform this exercise, all you need is a few sets of 50 while watching the Television.
